SITE SUPERINTENDENT
Position - Full Time
TETON SIGNATURE BUILDERS is based in Teton County, Idaho. Our work is located in Teton Valley, Idaho & Wyoming, including the surrounding areas. TSB is a growing company, looking for individuals who want to hone their craft and be able to build some of the best homes in this rugged landscape.
A TETON SIGNATURE BUILDERS superintendent is responsible for all functions of their jobsite(s), whether it is the safety of the crews, the satisfaction of the clients or the relationships with the building department. From pre-construction services to years after the warranty period has ended, superintendents are critical to our success.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Control the project schedule
Work with Project Manager to coordinate design changes, schedule or performance issues
Pre-construction assistance: included in the process of schedule, logistics and sub selection
Resolve and troubleshoot construction issues, distribute RFI's and confirm work meets contract requirements.
Execute daily logs using devices to document site conditions, subs, and daily work activities
Work with and mentor the field team
Responsible for site safety. Ensure the overall jobsite is safe for workers and visitors as well as manage compliance with established company safety policies
Manage the overall project and 3 week look ahead schedules, including creating the master schedule and updating it on a weekly basis
Manage subcontractors for all work performed on-site
Mentor and train field personnel
EDUCATION, TRAINING & CERTIFICATES:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or 15 years of experience
5 plus years of proven leadership or supervisory role
Basic computer skills with experience in MS Office, Bluebeam, and Buildertrend
Current drivers license
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Hourly pay. Pay period on the 5th & 20th of each month
Paid Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
After 1 year employment, 40 hours of paid vacation is awarded
After 2 years of employment, 80 hours of paid vacation is awarded
